Public bug reported:

After vif_driver config option had been deprecated there is a need to include vif driver for SR-IOV to enable VM to use SR-IOV to connect to Infiniband fabric.
Until now there was an out of the tree vif driver. 

There is an effort to include SR-IOV networking in Juno but it address
Ethernet and not Infiniband.
