  pagination 'more' link should be renamed 'next'

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  It is confusing because 'more' suggests appending more item to the
  existing table.

  It is not a standard term for pagination either.

  This should involve changing the link name as well as general code
  cleanup through openstack_dashboard.
