  aggregate-set-metadata return succesful on incorrect usage

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  aggregate-set-metadata <aggregate> "This is the aggregate metadata"
  return a "successfully updated" message even when no metadata was
  added to the aggregate due to the incorrect use of the API
