[Bug 1367075] [NEW] iptables_manager.get_binary_name is broken with greenlet
Public bug reported:
when imported by non-main thread, iptables_manager.get_binary_name yields something like "greenthread.py".
(it's actually the case for ofagent.)
it's considered broken as iptables_manager somehow assumes its uniqueness.
