When you chose a file for the first time or without changing anything, the filename input is correctly filled with the chosen file's name.
But if, after chosing a file, you empty the filename input, then chose another file, the input is not auto-filled anymore.

Test:

1) Go to object storage page and chose a container
2) Click on "Upload Object"
3) Chose a file to upload
(his name is correctly put in the filename input)
4) Empty the filename input
5) Chose another file to upload
Result : The filename input stays empty.
