[Bug 1367864] [NEW] User and group association not deleted after router delete in nuage plugin
Public bug reported:
In nuage plugin when a router delete operation is performed, the user
and group association is not deleted. This is a bug which is caused by a
check for a nuage zone attached to the router even after the router is
deleted.
This commit associated with this bug will fix the above issue.
