  test_get_guest_config fails when qemu is selected for libvirt_type due
  to timers

Bug description:
  When libvirt_type is set to 'qemu',
  nova.tests.virt.libvirt.test_libvirt.test_get_guest_config fails on
  'self.assertEquals (len(cfg.clock.times), 2)'.
