  check_uptodate.sh breaks when CONF.import_opt has a group name

Bug description:
  When the following code was used:

  from nova.virt.vmwareapi import vim_util
  from nova.virt.vmwareapi import vm_util

  CONF.import_opt('api_retry_count', 'nova.virt.vmwareapi.driver',
                  group='vmware')

  The following error appears:
