Title:
  Nova image-list throws error if image not present

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If any image is not added to glance then nova image-list throws 500
  error

  root@test-server:/home/administrator# nova image-list
  ERROR: The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-b69c817e-e43b-456e-bc3e-1ac9211837be)

  Expected it should show a null value rather than 500 Internal Server
  error
