  German translation is quite bad

Bug description:
  "Reboot instances" is translated as: "Neustart Instanzen", which is a
  bumpy translation by words. I'd propose "Instanzen neu starten".

  
   The same issue is true for "Terminate instances" (Translated as "Beenden Instanzen"). I'd prefer to switch both words: "Instanzen beenden".

  Bonus points will be awarded to find a better word for "Instanzen"
  (instances).
