[Bug 1374000] [NEW] VMWare: file writer class uses unsafe SSL connection

VMwareHTTPWriteFile uses httplib.HTTPSConnection objects. In Python 2.x
those do not perform CA checks so client connections are vulnerable to
MiM attacks.
