[Bug 1375421] [NEW] Empty Filter in Container- objects page creates empty row.
Public bug reported:
1. Login to DevSatck as admin
2. Navigate to Containers and create the container "Test_C1"
3. Create the Pseudo folder "Test_Folder" inside the container "Test_C1"
4. Upload the object inside the folder "Test_C1"
5. Do not enter any text in filter box and click on filter button.
6. Observe that empty row is being created in the objects page.
