Considering lianhao-lu's logs I dive into n-cpu logs and this called my
attention:

The failure happened at 2014-09-25 06:45:21.021 running during 222.964523s or 3 minutes and 43secs and the instance shut itself down at 2014-09-25_06_42_09_579 (link http://logs.openstack.org/35/123935/1/check/check-tempest-dsvm-postgres-full/6a870ac/logs/screen-n-cpu.txt.gz?level=WARNING#_2014-09-25_06_42_09_579) - considering that part of the test ran fine and consumed part of those 3:43 min that sounds like a good direction of what is wrong. I'm adding nova to the discussion
