  OpenContrail neutron plugin doesn't support portbinding.vnic_type

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  OpenContrail neutron plugin is not supporting portbinding.vnic_type
  during port creation. Nova expects portbindings.vnic_type.
