According to http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/config-reference/content
/glance-conf-changes-master.html , a couple of options moved from
[DEFAULT] to [glance_store] but in etc/glance-api.conf the options are
still in [DEFAULT]. But the options from [DEFAULT] are deprecated now.
