I'm using Juno/Stable

Several buttons related to Volume types appear untranslated in German,
even though they seem to be present in the po file.

I ran ./run_tests.sh --compilemessages

then changed language to German and navigated to
Administrator->Datenträger(Volumes)->Datenträgertypen(Volume Types)

Note that in the upper table the Delete Volume Types button is not
translated.  In the lower table the title and button are not translated.
And on the QOS Create panel the title and description text are not
translated.

I have verified these work correctly in Spanish,  Japanese, and Chinese.
They seem to be translated in the German PO file, but appear
untranslated in use.

This makes no sense to me.  Does anyone else even see this?
