[Bug 1386283] [NEW] Unable to return to the previous page in Admin->Instances
Public bug reported:
Despite the fact that there is the 'prev. page' link in templates and
code (for example horizon/templates/horizon/common/_data_table.html),
we cannot we cannot go to the previous page because of link 'prev. page'
is not shown.
How to reproduce:
1) Go to the settings and reduce 'Items Per Page' value to, for example, 3.
2) Make sure that you are running more than 3 instances.
3) Click to the 'next' button.
4) When next page loaded, you will not see 'prev. page' link, despite of previous page exists.
