If you terminate an instance from within instances table  a "Confirm
Terminate Instances " pop-up warns/asks for approval before  instance is
terminated. However if you terminate an instance from within "Network
Topology" view instance is immediately terminated without "Confirm
Terminate Instances " pop-up notice.

IMHO same confirmation pop-up should also show if you delete an instance
from Network Topology view. I just lost an instance by mistake a few
minutes ago, had i gotten  confirmation pop-up I'd have noticed and
canceled termination operation.

How to reproduce:
1. Create two instances
2. Under instance table, terminate one of the instance, notice confirmation pop-up. 
3. Go to network topology view, select instance and click on "Terminate instance" button, notice instance is deleted without confirmation pop-up.
