Under Load Balancers section, while adding a new Member to the pool, if
the 'Member Source' is selected as 'Active instances', a 'Members'
multiple-select field comes up. Here atleast 1 member must be selected
to submit the form. Hence, this field should be marked with an asterisk.

To replicate the bug, please follow "Load Balancers -> Members -> Add
New Member -> Member Source -> Select from Active Instances"
