Hello everybody

We have a problem with our openstack envoirenment. Sometimes when we try
to start an instance, it stucks at the "build" stage.

The problem does not appear anytime, its only sometimes, it also does
not matter which image we choose or which settings.

In the logfiles the only thing i see is this in the "scheduler.log"

All other logfiles seems to be ok. I have searched for this problem but
didn't find yet a solution for this.

About our envoirenment:

-we have 200 VCPU's
-we have 1.3 TB of RAM
-we have 15TB of Space
-we deployed it with mirantis

there are already a lot of instances which are currently running, but
the envoirenment is not overloaded, so starting new instances should be
possible without any trouble. Like i said, sometimes it works and
sometimes not.

I have to be honest, i dont know if this is really a bug or just a
misconfiguration of the envoirenment. But like i said i searched for
this problem and I didnt find any solution yet.

Hope we can get this problem out of the world. :)
