[Bug 1400946] [NEW] Upload Object - Object name with a "/" at the end makes it a Pseudo-folder

Public bug reported:

1. Login to Devstack as admin
2. Create the container "C_1"
3. Inside C_1 container, try to upload an object with "/" at the end of the name.

Observed that the uploaded object will turn into a Pseudo-Folder. As per
the design "/" should work only for "Create Pseudo-folder" function to
created nested folders. It should not have any effect when used while
creating an object cuz, objects cannot be nested.

** Affects: horizon
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
