  Nova volume api volume list and volume detail list are the same

  Fix Released
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  the output of a GET to /volumes and a GET to /volumes/detail is
  identical.  a GET to /volumes should be just a listing of the volume
  ids and the links to those specific volume details.  This should be
  similar to how a GET to /servers and /servers/detail works.
