Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The default value for agent_required under the section [ml2_sriov] in /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf_sriov.ini should be the same as the default value for this option
  # agent_required = False
