Title:
  Remove Mellanox plugin from the Neutron tree

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This bug will track the removal of the Mellanox  plugin from the
  Neutron source tree.  Since Icehouse release there is Ml2 Mechanism
  Driver that provides the same functionality.  Mellanox Plugin is
  deprecated in Juno and will be removed before Kilo releases.
