  Messages overflow storage capacity when bulk-deleting hundreds of
  instances

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Because each delete happens individually, each delete gets a message,
  and this can pile up into a so many messages that the message cookie
  storage space can fill up, leading to a traceback.
