  Table dropdowns with long titles cut off on right side

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Dropdown menus contained with the right-most column of a table (row
  actions) can sometimes be cutoff if the titles are too long. Requires
  scrolling to see everything and a gap in the top menu bar of the page.

  Proposed fix: set those dropdown menus to right-aligned using
  .dropdown-menu-right
