Title:
  [data processing]  UI labels say "hadoop" when using "Spark" plugin

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  To see this, try to create a node group template by choosing "Spark"
  (needs to be configured) as the plugin.  The second dropdown still
  says "Hadoop Version".  That should probably change to be just
  "Version" so it is general, or tweaked so that it depends upon the
  chosen plugin name.  In my opinion though, "Version" is appropriate
  and there is no need to restate the plugin name since it is in the
  dropdown just above the version selection.
