  image metadata not copied when bdm v2 source=snapshot used

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If an instance is booted using the block device mapping v2 API and
  source=snapshot is used, no image metadata will be copied into the
  instance system_metadata which can cause issues further in the boot
  process.  Since properties like os_type are missed which may be used
  by a virt driver.
