When I try to open any link in a new tab via clicking it with Mouse
Wheel, never-ending 'Loading' spinner appears on the page (still the
link opens fine in a new tab). If I open this link in a new tab with the
command from context menu, everything works okay. This feature has
worked in Juno, and is broken only in Kilo.
