[Bug 1413630] [NEW] Router does not unbind from the agent when the router interfaces are removed from DVR router
Public bug reported:
When a router interface is removed from DVR routers, the router
interface ports are cleared but the affinity to the agent or the binding
to the agent is not cleared even though there are no interface ports
associated with the Router.
This more prominently seen when there is a VM in the subnet associated
with the router. In this case you see router binded to the two agents,
one in the "dvr_snat" node and the other from the compute node "dvr".
At this point when you remove the router interface associated with the
router, you should see the router agent binding to clear, but it is not
seen.
