Title:
  Testing node has to be on the same node as openstack installation

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After Integration test can be running on windows with firefox, chrome
  and IE,

  It makes sense  now to have an option to test a remote openstack
  installation

  dashboard_url=http://<remote-devstack>/
