Steps:
1) Log on to Horizon

2) Navigate to Project -> Compute -> Instances
Note that the size column has the items listed vertically, conserving screen space

3) Navigate to Admin -> Instances
Note that the Size column has the items listed horizontally and takes up more screen space.

Defect:
The size columns are not consistent and should both have text wrapped.
