[Bug 1415807] [NEW] Instance Count does does not update Project Limits when launching new VM
Public bug reported:
When you are launching new VM and you change Flavour, then Project
limits (the box on right size) updates on the fly. But if you update
Instance Count (which should affect Project Limits) then Project Limits
is not updated at all.
Version:
OpenStack Icehouse, RDO on RHEL7
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Opend Dashboard -> Images -> Click Launch button on some instance
2. Select flavour x1.large
3. Notice that green bars in Project Limits grow E.g. vcpu grow by 8.
4. Increase instance count to 4
Actual result:
green bars in "project limits" does not change
Expected result:
green bars in "project limits" should grow. E.g. vcpu shoudl grow from 8 to 32
** Affects: horizon
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
