  Values for volume, snapshot, and image status are not translatable

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Values displayed in the Status column for Volumes and Snapshots are
  not translatable.  This can be seen using the pseudo translation tool.

  ./run_tests.sh --makemessages
  ./run_tests.sh --pseudo de
  ./run_tests.sh --compilemessages
  ./run_tests.sh --runserver [ip:port]

  Login + Change the language to German

  Navigate to these pages and create a volume/snapshot if needed;
  Project->Compute->Volumes
  Project->Compute->Volumes->Volume Snapshots
  Project->Compute->Images
  Admin->System->Volumes
  Admin->System->Volume Snapshots
  Admin->System->Images

  Note that the values for "Status"(Active) and "Type" (Image) are not
  pseudo translated.  They are hard coded.
