[Bug 1415640] [NEW] Values for volume, snapshot, and image status are not translatable

Values displayed in the Status column for Volumes and Snapshots are not
translatable.  This can be seen using the pseudo translation tool.

./run_tests.sh --makemessages
./run_tests.sh --pseudo de
./run_tests.sh --compilemessages
./run_tests.sh --runserver [ip:port]

Login + Change the language to German

Navigate to these pages and create a volume/snapshot if needed;
Project->Compute->Volumes
Project->Compute->Volumes->Volume Snapshots
Project->Compute->Images
Admin->System->Volumes
Admin->System->Volume Snapshots
Admin->System->Images

Note that the values for "Status"(Active) and "Type" (Image) are not
pseudo translated.  They are hard coded.
