The response bodies of:

GET /v2.0/lbaas/loadbalancers
GET /v2.0/lbaas/loadbalancers/{loadbalancer_id}

do not show the vip_port_id created for a load balancer.  This should be
shown especially for easy reference to point a floating ip.
