[Bug 1427687] [NEW] Reading of DMI data is broken

 

Public bug reported:

cloud-init currently assumes that the names of "files" in
/sys/class/dmi/id/ will be the same as the arguments to dmidecode -s
would be.

This is not the case, so any data source that relies on DMI data is
likely to be broken
