Keystone has three formal documentation sites (that I'm aware of):

  http://docs.openstack.org/developer/keystone/
  http://docs.openstack.org/developer/keystonemiddleware/
  http://docs.openstack.org/developer/python-keystoneclient/

But none of these are cross-linked with each other. All three should
provide top-level links to the other two, with a brief explanation as to
how each component fits together with the others.
