  Detaching a volume that's been used as a boot-device should be
  prevented

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Triaged

Bug description:
  
  1. Create a Bootable Volume
  2. Create an instance from that volume
  3. Log into the instance and verify that it booted from the said volume
  4. Logout of the instance
  5. Detach the volume from the instance

  Expected: Some sort of HTTP 405 - Method Not Allowed or similar
  Observed: Detach succeeded and instance in an inconsistent state
