  XenAPIBridgeDriver has annoying bugs when you have a VLAN
  misconfiguration

Bug description:
  If you have an error while creating the vlan network, the partly configured network is left behind:

  When you run again, you will notice that there is no PIF, but the VLAN check for existing networks does not spot this error, it only raises if you have exisiting pifs with incorrect VLANs, not if you have no PIFs:
