[Bug 1443067] [NEW] Use listener and pool UUIDs as an internak entity identifier in Radware LBaaS backend

 

Public bug reported:

Radware LBaaS v2 driver should pass listener and pool UUIDs to the back-end system
for using those as internal entity identifiers.

Currently, UUIDs are not passed to the back-end system, other data is
used for unique identification of back-end listener and pool objects
