When there is a stack containing an autoscaling group (a nested stack),
there should be a link from stack details page, resources tab to a
similar details page for the nested stack. This page is accessible via
url like <HorizonHost>/project/stacks/<uuid>, however the corresponding
resource types should be added to resource url mapping to make proper
links  from stacks details.
