I moved my dashboard to /dasbhoard

With new launch instance: hitting "launch instance", screen stays white, 
firebug reports: 
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://..../static/angular/wizard/wizard.html";

Note there is "/dashboard" in front of "/static" missing.
