netns_cleanup utility removes 'qrouter-',  'qdhcp-' , 'snat-' and 'fip' namespaces.
It should  be able to remove 'qlbaas-' namespace as well.

  netns_cleanup utility removes 'qrouter-',  'qdhcp-' , 'snat-' and 'fip' namespaces.
