When trying to create a new network with illegal values or empty values in its fields, error message is not generated indicating the incorrect fields

1. Create a network with illegal values or empty values   


Actual results:
Nothing happens 

Expected results:
Error message should be appeared and the incorrect fields should be highlighted in red
