Public bug reported:

when delete a domain,the role assignment of user (this user in the other domain) in this domain isn't deleted.
the steps are as follows:
1) create a user with domain_id = default, user_name = myuser
2) create a domain named test_domain
3) grant a role to myuser(user's name ) in test_domain ( domain's name)
4) delete the domain named test_domain

but the  myuser'role in the test_domain still exists in the talbe of
assignment.
