whilst creating a new network, if you are creating a subnet and try to
go to third tab, it is showing an error message like "Specify "Network
Address", "Address pool" or clear "Create Subnet" checkbox."

but 'address poll' field is hidden since subnet allocation extension is
not supported.

it is confusing the user, so need to edit the message whilst the subnet
allocation extension is not supported.
