    Display clear error message while no subnet poll support
    
    Whilst creating network, if we creating subnet and try to go to
    third tab without giving network address the error message asking
    data for hidden field too in general from error.
    
    This patch correcting the message based on the support of
    subnet allocation extension and displaying in each field,
    if the error is specific to one field.
    
    Modified the help text for better understanding.

  wrong error message whilst address poll not supported in subnet
  creation

Bug description:
  whilst creating a new network, if you are creating a subnet and try to
  go to third tab, it is showing an error message like "Specify "Network
  Address", "Address pool" or clear "Create Subnet" checkbox."

  but 'address poll' field is hidden since subnet allocation extension
  is not supported.

  it is confusing the user, so need to edit the message whilst the
  subnet allocation extension is not supported.
