  When you create JobBinaries from JobTemplate, button "Choose"
  unavailable

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  ENVIRONMENT: devstack(19 oct 2015)

  PREPEARE STEP: If it possible, remove all JobBinaries

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Navigate to JobBinaries
  2. Click on "Create JobTemplate"
  3.  Navigate to "Libs" tab
  4. Click on "+"
  5. Create JobBinary and click "Create"

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Button "Choose" available
