[Bug 1510579] Re: [Firewall] Different behavior during creating firewall with empty router in CLI and Horizon

 

This bug affects horizon or/and python-neutronclient BUT not neutron as
neutron does what you ask him to do!

Considering that python-neutronclient is the reference client for
neutron, the behavior of Horizon should be aligned to python-
neutronclient one.

Bug description:
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Create allow icmp rule
  2) Create policy with this rule
  3) Create firewall with the policy and empty router in Horizon
  Result: new firewall is in Inactive state
  4) Create new rulw
  5) Create new policy with this rule
  6) Create firewall in cli without router
  Result: new firewall is created with all routers in tenant in Active state
